Outreach services designed to support youth, strengthen families, and build healthier communities through prevention, education, and meaningful connection.

Family Outreach

Provides support, education, and resources to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and promote a safe and stable home environment for youth.

Group Outreach

Facilitated group sessions that encourage peer connection, skill-building, and positive decision-making in a supportive and structured environment.

Individual Outreach

One-on-one support focused on addressing personal challenges, setting goals, and building life skills that empower youth to succeed emotionally, socially, and academically.

Crisis Intervention

Immediate support services designed to help youth and families navigate crisis situations, de-escalate conflict, and connect with appropriate resources for safety and stability.

Mentoring

Adult assistance in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the youth’s personal, social and emotional growth. The adult acts as a role model and can advise, teach, and guide.

First Time Offender Program (FTOP)

An intervention program designed to guide first-time offenders toward accountability, positive decision-making, and successful behavior change.

Community At Risk Services (CARS)

Support services for youth identified as at risk, focusing on prevention, early intervention, and skill development to reduce negative behaviors and promote positive life outcomes.
