Family Outreach
Provides support, education, and resources to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and promote a safe and stable home environment for youth.
One-on-one support focused on addressing personal challenges, setting goals, and building life skills that empower youth to succeed emotionally, socially, and academically.
Immediate support services designed to help youth and families navigate crisis situations, de-escalate conflict, and connect with appropriate resources for safety and stability.
Adult assistance in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the youth’s personal, social and emotional growth. The adult acts as a role model and can advise, teach, and guide.
